WhereMate – Support

Reminders aren’t appearing

1. Open Settings → Notifications → WhereMate and enable Allow Notifications.
2. Open WhereMate and confirm a reminder is set for the item.
3. Low Power Mode can delay alerts—toggle it off if needed.

Can’t save a photo

1. In iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera, allow camera access for WhereMate.
2. “Save to Photos” is optional. To save to Photos, grant Photos permission in Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos.

Where are my items stored?

All item photos, labels, and annotations are stored on your device in the app’s sandbox. We don’t run a backend or upload your content.

How to report a bug or request a feature

Email info@ontimetraveling.com and include:

• What you tried + what you expected + what happened
• Your iPhone model and iOS version
• App version (from the App Store “WhereMate” page)
• Screenshots or screen recording (if possible)
